For the last four years, Lisa France has worked at Maritz Research, a global customer motivation, experience and loyalty market research company for the automotive, financial services, hospitality and retail industries. Maritz provides many different types of research, including B2B, B2C, and employee engagement market research, with an emphasis on Customer Experience Management. If you’ve ever gotten a survey about a recent hotel stay, chances are Maritz designed the survey, sent it to you, and analyzed the results on behalf of a hospitality client.
