About Dr. Lydia Price
Dr. Lydia Price has been teaching at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) since 1996 and was formerly on the faculties of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and INSEAD, France. She also has been a visiting professor at New York University, Beijing University, and Catholic University of Lisbon, Portugal.
Dr. Price has developed training and research projects with many companies including Apple, Datacraft, GE Medical, Hewlett-Packard, Kodak, Schneider Electric, HKSAR Government, and Swire Properties. At HKUST she received the awards of "Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence" and "Ten Best University Lecturers." She also received many competitive grants for her research. In 2004 Dr. Price initiated executive training programs for CEO's and marketing managers on communications and working with the media.
Dr. Price's current research focuses especially on marketing and corporate communications, and cross-cultural consumer psychology. Her research appears in international journals such as Marketing Letters, Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, Journal of Economic Psychology, Multivariate Behavioral Research and Journal of International Business Studies.
