Wayne currently serves as president of the Scanlon Leadership Network in E. Lansing, MI. The Scanlon Leadership Network helps organizations apply E.P.I.C. Leadership Principles to design systems that encourage full participation and engagement of all members of an organization. Scanlon practitioners were early adopters of company-wide gain-sharing programs, open-book management, and servant leadership. Prior to leading the Scanlon Leadership Network, Wayne worked for over 30 years leading operational improvement programs with General Motors, Morton Salt, Warner-Lambert, and 3M.

Richard Heriford – Vice President Sales and Marketing
Richard, a registered architect with a degree from Kansas State University, has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in the contract industry. At Landscape Forms, he is responsible for customer service and specials-custom customer solutions as well as sales and marketing. Richard’s history includes serving as president and CEO of Deepa Textiles, vice president sales and marketing at Allsteel - where he was a board member and officer of the company, vice president sales and marketing with CorryHiebert, and director of marketing and design at SunarHauserman. Landscape Forms benefits from Richard’s extensive experience in brand development and product development.
